Arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00 are subject to an additional fee of €20. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee of €40 applies.

Guests are provided with the necessary keys to access the accommodation and the relevant areas of the residential complex. The loss of a garage or swimming pool key will incur a replacement fee of €50 per lost key.
