The international transfer complies with the provisions of the GDPR as it is a transfer based on an adequacy decision, since the United States has been declared a country with an adequate level of protection by the European Commission (EU-USA Data Privacy Framework - Decision of 10 July 2023) and Cloudflare, Inc. is included in the “Data Privacy Framework List”.

Our website only accesses user data through the following means:
