The living room is spacious, comfortable and open-plan, with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, designed for short or long stays. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for one additional person.

On the second floor are the three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has two single beds. In addition, there is a family bathroom on this floor.

The property stands out for its magnificent rooftop terrace with barbecue, from where you can enjoy impressive sea views, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

The location is unbeatable:
only a 5-minute walk to the sandy beach and the centre of La Cala, with a large supermarket 150 metres away. A car is not necessary. In addition, there is an excellent bus service to Fuengirola and Marbella (route M-220).
