Here is your chance to stay in Oasis in La Cala! This is a great apartment, offering 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,

underground parking, 2 pools, beautiful gardens, walking distance to the beach and La Cala de Mijas town centre.

There are shops and cafes 5 minutes away and it is a peaceful place to relax for your holidays.

On the middle floor of a three storey building, there is a lift to the garage area,and it is on a quiet street.

The main bedroom has a large double bed,the second bedroom has two single beds, one bathroom with walk-in shower

and the other with bath and shower, a living room with two sofas and smart TV connected to the internet, also a well

equipped kitchen and a large covered terrace with dining set , two sun loungers and that is ideal for soaking up some

sun

The kitchen is complete with:

- oven
- fridge
- freezer

- dishwasher

- microwave

- toaster

- and everything you need to cook for a self- catering stay.


Great Wi-Fi connection, wardrobes, hair dryer, air conditioning throughout and safe are many of the things that are

included.


In the area there is a large selection of bars, restaurants and other services 5 minutes´walk away, there is also a Lidl

supermarket about 4 minutes walk away. The beach is under 10 minute´s walk away.

With plenty of street parking as well as underground space, though a car really is not necessary for this apartment as ithas everything on the doorstep.

For the loss of the keys/ leaving the key in the lock, the locksmith will need to be called and you will liable for the bill.

Malaga Airport is 36Km away (approx 25 minutes by taxi)

Each Wednesday and Saturday there is an excellent market in La Cala where you can get spices, olives, fruit and

vegetables.

The local bus route is the M-220 Fuengirola- Marbella with two services per hour. It takes 15 minutes to get to

Fuengirola and 40 minutes to get to Marbella.

Within a 15 minute car/ taxi ride you have Mijas Aqua Park, Amazonia zip Line Adventure Park, Fuengirola city and the beautiful area of Cabopino.
