With two community poolsin front of the main beach in La Cala, it is a firm favourite with generation after generation of visitors. This community is one of the most sought after as it is close to all services without the need of a car, the houses all have front and back terrace, as well as solarium and are so central.

It is a two storey house with living room, kitchen and cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs you find 3 bedrooms each with a balcony, as well two shower rooms. On the top floor there is a pull out bed that is fixed to the wall. The front of the house has a terrace and garden area that are very private with its well kept gardens. The two communal swimming pools can be reached by clearly marked paths.
The house is fully air conditioned throughout, with a very spacious lounge/dining room with two sofas, TV, and the
kitchen is independent, modernised, fully equipped including oven, electric hob, fridge, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

To get to Mijas Playa Club you can get the train from Malaga Airport to the last stop at Fuengirola and from Fuengirola get a taxi or the buss (route M-220 Fuengirola to Marbella).
