Accommodating up to 6 guests, with two balconies, air conditioning and a very central location, it is ideal for families, groups of friends or a golf getaway on the Costa del Sol.

Located on the first floor of a three-storey building without a lift, the apartment is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. From the balconies, you can enjoy partial views towards the sea and the surroundings of La Cala.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, wardrobe, private bathroom with shower and access to a balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third has a super king-size bed that can be split into two single beds upon request. All bedrooms have a hairdryer.

The spacious living room features two sofas, a dining area and a Smart TV with internet connection and British and Spanish channels. From the living room, you can access the main balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and a parasol, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pleasant Costa del Sol climate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The accommodation also offers free WiFi and air conditioning. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

One of the main highlights is its location: the beach and promenade are just a few steps away, while restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets can all be found nearby. The popular La Cala market also takes place every Wednesday and Saturday.

Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets, subject to availability. However, thanks to the apartment’s central location, a car is not necessary. The area has good bus connections to Marbella and Fuengirola, and from Fuengirola you can also take the train to Málaga.

Málaga Airport is approximately 36 km away. For golf lovers, courses such as El Chaparral Golf Club, La Cala Golf and Alhaurín Golf are within easy reach.
