Welcome to your home away from home on the beautiful island of Tenerife!
Our villa located in El Madroñal is the perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
Enjoy serenity and comfort in an environment that combines the tranquility of the south of the island with proximity to the famous beaches of Costa Adeje.
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and large spaces to enjoy with family or friends.
The property consists of 3 floors.
- On the floor -1 there is an apartment with a large bedroom with a bed of 1,80m, its own kitchen, bathroom and a small sauna.
- On floor 0 is the furnished living room with TV and direct access to the pool and the outdoor area, large enough for sunbathing. On this floor there is also a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.
In the kitchen there are kitchen utensils and appliances such as microwave, toaster, oven, hob and much more.
On the 1st floor are the other three bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with shower and bath.
Bed linen and bath towels are included.
Every Wednesday and Thursday, one of our employees will take care of the cleaning and maintenance of the pool / garden.
In the area there are several bars, a small supermarket and a restaurant within walking distance, hairdresser, veterinarian, butcher.
To go to the beach it is advisable to rent a car and in 2 km you can reach the beach of Duque or Fañabe.
The Gran Sur shopping centre with shops, restaurants and cinemas is 800 m away.
IMPORTANT: We work with the best laundry on the island, ALL OUR LINEN
are treated with oxygen, DISINFECTED and controlled by laboratories!
For check-in after 22:30 there is a surcharge to be paid on arrival.
For the loss of the keys there is a supplement of 100,00 euros for the change of the lock.
In case of loss of the remote control, the amount charged will be 60,00 euros.
Pool maintenance is carried out every other Saturday. The maintenance staff is authorized to enter the property even when it is occupied.
The maintenance staff has their own key and will access the property on the scheduled Saturday to perform the maintenance service.
